1 - Honor Guard Competition
We recently hosted an Honor Guard Competition. Local teams were invited to compete in three categories - uniform inspection, posting of colors, and an exhibition.
This year’s first place winner was Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. The winner of the Esprit De Corps (judge’s choice) award was the Orange County Sheriff's Office. We’re proud of our unit and their continued dedication to memorializing our six fallen SCSO deputies.

We are excited to announce a special Women's Day presentation of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office Safety Tactics and Awareness Response (S.T.A.R) Program. 4 - Beware Of Scam Text Messages
Beware of fraudsters impersonating law enforcement via calls or texts! Scammers may claim to be from a Correctional Facility, falsely promising an inmate’s release after a payment for a GPS ankle monitor is made via Zelle, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
‼️ This is a scam! Correctional Facility staff will never request digital payments over the phone for an inmate’s release. If you receive such a call, DO NOT PAY and report it immediately. Stay alert and protect yourself from fraud!
5 - Fish With A Cop
Thank you to our partners at Oviedo PD for inviting our deputies to be part of your "Fish with a Cop" event. We enjoyed meeting all the kids. We're hooked!
